The Space

The White Terrace is a recently renovated apartment located just outside Florence’s ancient city walls, in a strategic position that allows easy access to both the historic center and the city's main roads.

Situated on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator, the apartment offers bright and welcoming interiors furnished in a modern and minimalist style, where comfort and functionality come together to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a comfortable dining area, perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or preparing dinner at home after a day of sightseeing.

The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms, designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation after a day spent exploring the wonders of Florence.

The true highlight of the apartment is its private balcony overlooking one of Florence’s main tree-lined avenues: the perfect place to relax, observe daily Florentine life, and soak up the authentic atmosphere of the neighborhood.

Thanks to its privileged location, the apartment is an ideal base both for visiting Florence’s historic center and for exploring the Tuscan countryside, the Chianti region, and the charming villages surrounding the city.

The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.

Heating is centrally controlled and managed remotely in accordance with current regulations and comfort standards for guests.

As the apartment overlooks one of the city's main avenues, normal urban traffic noise may be noticeable during certain times of the day.
